Testimonials

  • Carter is a true professional. He shows great initiative and maturity, making decisions and following through with action. He produced an outstanding video for out Y13 cohort to create a slick, professional keepsake for them and their families. I can not thank Carter enough for what he produced and I will definitely asking if he is available to produce more videos for us in the future.

  • Carter Ward provided outstanding service throughout the process of helping assist GBHS' House Festival Day. He was proactive in seeking the vision for the day so that vision could be encapsulated in the footage and ultimately the video he provided. Carter demonstrated professionalism with the way he conducted himself during the meetings leading up to the event and was non-intrusive in the footage he captured which allowed for students / staff to feel comfortable around him. Carter videographed an array of footage from the House Festival Day and created a video which is being used on the schools digital marketing and advertising platforms. I want to thank Carter for the stellar job he did and without a shadow of a doubt highly recommend him to any future prospective clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We'll discuss the specific price depending on the complexity of the video. This includes filming, the equipment, editing, and execution. If you want to edit or shoot the video yourself, the prices can be dropped. It really all depends on the video

  • Once we figure out a date to film, starting from the filming date, it really depends on how you want it edited. Depending on that, it could really change but the average is around 1-2 weeks so I can make it look amazing in the edit. However, I'll let you know more specifically once you decide on what sort of video we’re going to create

  • If it's a video that requires in-person filming, I can only create in Auckland, New Zealand. However, if you're interested in a faceless ad for a product in my studio, it can be from anywhere!

  • The videos I tend to create don't require actors, as I usually make videos with owners of businesses and people that are connected to the video. However, if you really want an actor, we can discuss that. I usually really try to make videos without actors as it takes away from the authenticity of the video, but it's all up-to you

  • I feel like I've said this too many times, but it really depends. A lot of the videos I create are business videos, where I usually sit the owner / talent down in front of a camera and ask questions and get some authentic answers. However, if it's a faceless ad or you want a scripted in person video, I'm happy to script it. If you want to create a script though, that's totally fine! We'll discuss the script once we get in touch :)

  • Of course! However, I limit the amount of edits to 2 per video (this means you can ask for as many changes to edit as you want at one time), otherwise there will be an extra fee. This is because editing can take quite a while and if changes are made, sometimes I have to re-edit the whole entire video because it may not match the music or require me to have to redo a whole lot of edits
